Joe Bailey Jr., DHS, LPMT, MT-BC, is a senior learning and organizational development leader and licensed, board-certified music therapist with over 17 years of experience in public education, nonprofit, and community settings. He holds a Doctor of Human Services with a specialization in leadership and organizational management and is known for designing equity-centered learning and leadership initiatives that strengthen performance and organizational effectiveness.Bailey-ARC-Coordinator.pdf
As Founder and Executive Director of BaileyBeatsMusic LLC, Joe leads training, leadership development, and mentoring programs, including the Bailey Youth Project, which builds facilitation skills, professional readiness, and long-term capacity in young leaders. A classically trained percussionist, guitarist, and pianist, he has mentored young men transitioning to college, helped students earn and maintain HBCU band scholarships, and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Southwest DeKalb Alumni Band Association, supporting student musicians and alumni engagement.
